Catarina Fashion Outlet

Catarina Fashion Outlet is the first Outlet designed, developed and launched by JHSF.
Located at km 60 of Rodovia Castello Branco, 40 minutes from São Paulo, the project signed by the architect Paulo Baruki and the landscaper Maria João D’Orey was inaugurated in October 18, 2014, had its first expansion with one year of existence and in August 24,2018 opened the second expansion to the public, remaining as an absolute success of public and sales.
Now, with approximately 200 brands concentrated in 140 stores and 20 kiosks, the Outlet has as its trademark pleasant boulevards, a sophisticated environment and a mix differentiated with the best national and international brands, with savings up to 80% all year long.
The Catarina Fashion Outlet is also an excellent leisure option, gathering great gastronomy choices and a complete infrastructure.
