“Shopping Bela Vista” is JHSF venture in partnership with “Grupo EULUZ”. It will be one of the city’s most complete malls, with around 200 stores, prestigious brands in the market and exclusive new brands in Salvador. The interior design project is designed by the “Baiano” architect David Bastos, with natural lighting and wide corridors.

The Shopping Metrô Tucuruvi, opened in April 2013 in São Paulo, is fully integrated to the subway station of the same name and the local bus terminal. There are 236 stores of the main national brands, totaling over 32,000 square meters of gross leasable area in the first phase.
