With more than fifteen years of activity in the malls segment, JHSF Malls has achieved a prominent position in the market. In its portfolio there are four shopping malls in operation - Shopping Cidade Jardim (São Paulo), Catarina Fashion Outlet (São Roque), Shopping Bela Vista (Salvador) and Shopping Ponta Negra (Manaus), and one in development: Cidade Jardim Shops, neighborhood of Jardins (São Paulo). Several of these developments brought remarkable innovations. Shopping Cidade Jardim (São Paulo) was the first to introduce natural lighting, shops facing gardens, emphasis on services and high gastronomy. Until today it is the only one of the country to count on the five most prestigious brands of the world: Hermès, Chanel, Prada, Louis Vuitton and Gucci. The success of the model has ensured that in less than five years two expansions have already been completed.
Shopping Bela Vista (Salvador), which opened its doors in 2012, is the first shopping center in northeastern Brazil to integrate a large-scale mixed-use real estate development, Horto Bela Vista, with 19 residential buildings, schools, a club , hotel and commercial buildings.
Shopping Metrô Tucuruvi, inaugurated in April 2013 and sold in December 2016, was another JHSF venture that had a positive impact on the surrounding region due to its integration into the bus and subway terminal. This expertise was achieved after the pioneering of the company by launching Shopping Metrô Santa Cruz, in 2001 - the first integrated mall to public transport in the country.
The year of 2013 was also marked by the launch of Shopping Ponta Negra (Manaus). The venture brought, in addition to a complete mix of stores and brand new to the city, a model of quality of life that allows to live in a complex with residential buildings, flat and shopping center.More
The expertise acquired in international contacts for the implementation of Shopping Cidade Jardim led JHSF to create a core business to work alongside luxury brands interested in settling in the country. The company offers support in the implementation of brands, from the construction of the store, the importation of products, selection and training of the team to the management of operations. In 2009, the first successful partnership with the Hermès brand was started, followed by Emilio Pucci and Jimmy Choo in 2010.

With expertise in large-scale mixed-use projects, JHSF is responsible for projects that have set the standard throughout the country, such as Parque Cidade Jardim (São Paulo). It has nine top-end residential buildings; the Cidade Jardim Corporate Center with its three triple-A office towers with the AQUA seal for sustainability; and the Shopping Cidade Jardim mall, which in just over five years has become one of the city's most visited spots.
The company's most recent launch is Catarina (São Roque - SP), Brazil's first project to include a private business airport and which also includes the Catarina Fashion Outlet, business and convention centers, and areas reserved for hotels, education and medicine. It is located at km 60 of the Castelo Branco highway.
Fazenda Boa Vista Ranch (Porto Feliz - SP), equipped with two golf courses, riding stables, native forests, lakes, and the first Fasano country hotel, is one of Brazil's most successful country leisure developments.
Some of the most important residential buildings in São Paulo bear the JHSF hallmark. Vitra in the Itaim neighborhood is renowned architect Daniel Libeskind's first project in South America and the first triple-A residential project to earn the AQUA seal.
