With over thirteen years of experience in the shopping center segment, JHSF Shopping Malls has achieved a prominent position in the market. Its portfolio includes five shopping centers in operation - Shopping Cidade Jardim and Shopping Metro Tucuruvi (São Paulo), Catarina Fashion Outlet (São Roque), Shopping Bela Vista (Salvador), and Shopping Ponta Negra (Manaus), and one in development: Cidade Jardim Shops in the Jardins neighborhood (São Paulo). Several of these projects have brought remarkable innovations. Shopping Cidade Jardim (São Paulo) was the first to introduce natural lighting, stores facing gardens, emphasis on service and fine cuisine. It's still the country's only mall to host the five most prestigious brands in the world: Hermès, Chanel, Prada, Louis Vuitton and Gucci. The model's success was such that two expansions were completed within five years of inauguration.
Shopping Bela Vista (Salvador), which opened in 2012, is northeastern Brazil's first shopping center to be part of a large-scale mixed-use development, Horto Bela Vista, with 19 residential buildings, schools, leisure club, hotel and commercial buildings.
Shopping Metro Tucuruvi, which opened in April 2013, was another JHSF project that had a positive impact on the surrounding region due to its integration with the subway and local bus terminal. The expertise behind that success was gained when the company pioneered Shopping Metro Santa Cruz in 2001 – the country's first mall integrated with public transportation.
The year 2013 was marked by the launch of Shopping Ponta Negra (Manaus). Besides a full mix of stores and brands unprecedented for the city, the project brought a model of quality of life that enables living in a complex with residential buildings, a flat and a shopping center.
In 2012, it began the successful partnership with Valentino and Red Valentino brands, young line of the brand, which opened stores in the mall Cidade Jardim.More
With expertise in large-scale mixed-use projects, JHSF is responsible for projects that have set the standard throughout the country, such as Parque Cidade Jardim (São Paulo). It has nine top-end residential buildings; the Cidade Jardim Corporate Center with its three triple-A office towers with the AQUA seal for sustainability; and the Shopping Cidade Jardim mall, which in just over five years has become one of the city's most visited spots.
The company's most recent launch is Catarina (São Roque - SP), Brazil's first project to include a private business airport and which also includes the Catarina Fashion Outlet, business and convention centers, and areas reserved for hotels, education and medicine. It is located at km 60 of the Castelo Branco highway.
Fazenda Boa Vista Ranch (Porto Feliz - SP), equipped with two golf courses, riding stables, native forests, lakes, and the first Fasano country hotel, is one of Brazil's most successful country leisure developments.
Some of the most important residential buildings in São Paulo bear the JHSF hallmark. Vitra in the Itaim neighborhood is renowned architect Daniel Libeskind's first project in South America and the first triple-A residential project to earn the AQUA seal. The newly launched Mena Barreto 423 and Residência Cidade Jardim (São Paulo), have common areas designed by respectively interior designer Claudia Moreira Salles and by French architect Denis Montel.
With the acquisition of a majority stake in Fasano Hotels, JHSF was the first Brazilian company in the industry to add hospitality to its activities. The initiative has added value to its developments and linked them with an internationally recognized brand.
Fasano Hotels are constantly gaining important national and international awards, such as: Luxury Hotel of the Year; Prêmio 4 Rodas; Leading Showcase from Leading Hotels of the World; Hot List - Among the 40 best in the world / # 1 in Uruguay, Conde Nast Traveler; Hot List, Conde Nast Traveler; Traveler's Choice Awards / # 2; and Trendiest Hotel in Brazil, Trip Advisor.
