Cidade Jardim Fashion Ecommerce
In its 10 year anniversary, Cidade Jardim reinvents itself and becomes the first luxury shopping mall in Latin America to offer online sales, a service that has been available since September 2018.
Cidade Jardim Fashion is the new bet of the venture and will offer to customers from all over Brazil the opportunity to buy online the brands already present in the mall, thus creating a 360º experience, besides offering content tailored to its customers.
Among the advantages of the new service are the guarantee of exchange of products in the physical store of the mall, click & collect, installment in up to 10 times, service of private shopper, besides adjustments and small repairs in the physical store for purchases made online when offered by the brand. Same day delivery is also available for orders placed on business days until 2pm and delivered to the expanded center of the city of São Paulo.
“With the opening of Cidade Jardim Fashion, our intention is to provide even more convenience to our regular customers, as well as to offer the shopping experience of the Cidade Jardim shopping center for all Brazilian states,” explains Robert Harley, CEO of JHSF Malls.
The luxury e-commerce, which is already in the air, including established names of womenswear, menswear and children, plus accessories, jewelery and lifestyle items such as Aquazzura, Emilio Pucci, Giorgio Armani, Brunello Cucinelli, Omega, René Caovilla , Alexandre de Paris, Trousseau, Cruise, Baletto, Silvia Furmanovich, Ara Vartanian, among others. New brands will be added weekly to e-commerce.
The platform is available on the website www.cjfashion.com and is already synchronized to Instagram @cidadejardimshopping. It will soon be available for purchases via iOs and Android apps as well as selected items being sold directly through the magazine Cidade Jardim from the November issue.
